The paperback edition is scheduled to be released (by Cleo's publisher), but it won't be available for pre-order for some time, and we cannnot jump the gun on announcing it. Keep in touch with Cleo through her newsletter, and she'll let you know!

Love all your books

My mom got me hooked on the Coffeehouse Mysteries about ten years ago, and now I'm just waiting for Honey Roasted to come out in paperback! (Long story why I can't get hardback.) Your books are fantastic. I have read them all several times and always get something new out of them. I am a Catholic religious. Have you ever considered a nun character? Just curious! We like coffee too!

As far as a nun character, Marc and I have no immediate plans for that, but we do have great respect for those who devote their lives to service. Dear Cleo, Just finished the last book in this series. I absolutely love the ghost of Jack Shepard & his interaction with Penny. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole series & am looking forward to the next books release in April. I want to be the first to read it, so have sponsored the author "Cleo Coyle" in our town library. REPLY FROM CLEO: My audio books are read by an accomplished actress. We are so proud of her. This past year, she was part of the cast of CODA, the Academy Award winning best picture of the year! 

As to your question about recipes, the audio books are produced performances of the book by our talented actress Becky Gibel. The audio license is granted only for the reading of material aloud to you, the reader. That's a legal rights issue. And because it makes no sense to read twenty recipes aloud in an audio book, the recipes are not included. What you pay for is the performance of the book, which costs extra time and money, just as adapting it for TV or film would. In a TV show or movie, you would not see the recipes or our author's Foreword, which is not read on the audio versions, either. That's the reason you will only find the recipes in my printed hardcover, paperback, and e-books. This may disappoint you, but please know that I share many free, bonus recipes with my fans, and you are welcome to sign up for my newsletter, in which I always share recipes.

Senior Looking for A Recipe

I'm in my seventies and started reading you series in order about 10 years ago. I really enjoy both series. I don't cook/bake a lot anymore; however, I would like the Blueberry Muffin Tops recipe and I'm having difficulty finding it on your site. Technology is not my strong suit. And if you can't afford to purchase Cleo's books...

LIBRARIES: If ever you don't see a book you wish to read in your local library's catalog, don't be shy, ask the librarian to stock it for you, or ask them to help with an interlibrary loan. If your librarians are on the ball (and let's hope they are!) they really should help you find a way to read a book you wish to read, especially a book that's in print, listed in the World Cat catalog, and published by the largest English language publisher on the planet (as Cleo's books are). Joy Allegro's Honey Orange Glazed Chicken

Does it make a significant difference to use the raw apple cider vinegar as opposed to regular apple cider vinegar? Can you explain why? Thank you!

Reply for Cleo: The raw vinegar is organic and tastes better (more apple-y), which is why Joy would use it, and we do, too. Substituting for this recipe would change the flavor profile though some palates may not pick up the difference (Joy and Clare would). Enjoy!

Cookbook or... Question Answered

I really want all the recipes but am having a hard time navigating the websites to find them. Do you have a cookbook? Even just an e-pub or pdf I could put on my Christmas Wishlist would be amazing.

That's why she has no plans for a cookbook. Again, the recipes are part of Cleo's storytelling universe, which is why you'll find them in the print and digital editions of her Coffeehouse novels.
